Returns & Exchanges

At Fluxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@fluxebody.com or use our Return Portal to submit your return request.
  2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Print and attach the prepaid label to your package, include your RMA number inside, and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

⚠  Please note: Returns without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Fluxe will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8–16 business days.
  • If your bank or card issuer requires additional processing time, the refund may take slightly longer to appear.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to products purchased directly from fluxebody.com.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
  • Fluxe reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
